Information collected is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order, providing customer support, and improving our service. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to any third parties.
We accept cryptocurrency and Apple Pay specifically to provide maximum anonymity to our customers. Cryptocurrency transactions are processed on-chain and are not stored on our servers beyond the transaction reference needed for delivery. Apple Pay tokenizes your payment details — we never see your actual card number.
Transaction records are retained for up to 90 days for support purposes, after which they are permanently deleted. We do not maintain long-term customer databases.
sole.lol uses minimal cookies necessary for site functionality. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to use the site.
