All sales are final. By completing a purchase on sole.lol, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, chargebacks, or disputes will be granted under any circumstances.
sole.lol operates a strict no-refund policy on all products including configs, packs, and any digital goods sold through this platform. Once a purchase is completed and the product has been delivered, the transaction is considered final and non-reversible.
Due to the digital and instantly-deliverable nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds once a config or file has been accessed or downloaded.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your payment provider (including but not limited to cryptocurrency networks or Apple Pay dispute resolution) after receiving your purchased product is considered a violation of these terms. sole.lol reserves the right to permanently ban any user who initiates fraudulent chargebacks.
If you did not receive your product due to a technical error on our end, please contact our support team on Discord within 24 hours of purchase. We will investigate and re-deliver where appropriate. This does not constitute a refund — it is a re-delivery of your original purchase.
No exceptions to this policy exist. We do not issue refunds for:
— Change of mind or buyer's remorse
— Config not performing as expected on your specific setup
— Account bans resulting from use of our products
— Purchasing the wrong product
— Technical issues on your device or game client
